Wonderful store! Staff know their stuff and are very friendly. Rich is always open about possible price increases and he, Alex and Matty are genuinely happy to talk to us about the corals and fish and explain what shouldn't be tanked together. We have been using this store for a few years now and we always feel welcome and come away happy with our purchases, even if my partner does tend to buy too many corals in my opinion. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to start, or upgrade, an aquarium. Its worth it.

Never had a bad experience with Matt and his team, everyone has bundles of knowledge and experience with fish keeping,always friendly and always a large stock of both fish and accessories,everything from tanks to sand,decoration and food,treatments and filters.You name it they do it,highly recommend 5 star

One of the best stores in the area, richard, alex and matty really know there aquatics from marine to tropicals, most of my marine corals and fish are from here because the corals are amazingly priced compared to other shops and have a good range of softies and lps with the occasional sps to be had and are super healthy and happy. the tropical selection is the best in atleast 20 miles, with rows and rows of tropics, there plants are excellent and healthly and there is a good range of accessories and maintenance equipment as well as a well stocked pond selection, one word of warning, if you see a coral you really like buy it, because if you dont, i will!

This small little location has everything you need when it comes to fish. With a vast collection of livestock and alot of equipment available at reasonable prices. This place is my go-to for my fish supplies. The staff at Dartford are lovely people, the kindest and most knowledgeable fish keepers I've ever met. And i wish them all the best.Thank you

Nice, friendly and helpful staff, always ready to give you the best advices and products.I love they are mot trying to charge you for nothing or to sell you products you don't need.Prices are decent and affordable, so overall we are now loyal customers to this branch.Another branch is the same, with well prepared staff, friendly and with very strong knowledge about fish and aquariums.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff and great service and good selection of Products. Nice collection of livestock including corals and inverts with a large section for ponds as well your certain to find what you need at a decent price. Have now built up 2 full marine setups with them and sure there will be many more to come

To be honest they should have more knowledge people about marine live concern working in, customer service very poor and unsure what to respond. Very low stock on marine section
