THE BEST! I’ve had 3 facials at Paloma’s now and each one has been amazing. The care and time that’s taken is lovely. The aesthetician’s really know what they’re doing and have a great knowledge of skin types and treatments. My face feels lifted and glowing. Plus everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to try some of the other treatments!

I booked a body scrub and massage via Treatwell, as this place had good reviews and was in a really convenient location. I didn't know what to expect, as I've never had a treatment like this before.It's safe to say I am now a loyal customer. I walked right out of my session and booked another one for 3 weeks time. The room was lovely, the masseuse made me feel really comfortable and at ease, and the entire time the scrub and massage were happening, I was just zoned out in a state of relaxation and bliss. I cannot recommend Paloma's Beauty highly enough - same the lovely lady who provided my treatment.I can't wait for my next one at the end of this month, thank you so much!

I have been here twice now – once for a massage, and once for a massage/facial. Both times, the customer service was absolutely amazing, and the experience was enjoyable. The girls here do such an incredible job! As I was getting my facial, Grace explained all about skincare – it’s obvious she’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I can’t wait to come back!

Visited for a groupon deal of massage and facial, and I was absolutely blown away. The best spa treatments I’ve ever experienced and my skin feels absolutely amazing. Can’t recommend enough and will be back!

Grace is an absolute magician. The head massage i had was was incredible. I think I finally just unclenched my jaw for the first time in months! I often feel a bit anxious going to new places but Grace was so friendly and professional I really relaxed and felt comfortable. Will absolutely be going back again soon

Booked treatment for my wife as a surprise, i paid before the treatment date, since the treatment that my wife and I attended, i have made a payment in error to this business, as soon i had realised the mistake I contact the owner, Grace, whom my wife and I had met and spoke with during the day. Grace new who we were and that she already had my bank details from the previous payment.To my surprise Grace refused to send the money back after I had called her to explain that I had made this payment in error, Grace went on to accuse me of Scamming her and that I was suspicious of fraud, I explained that the money was in mistake and that I was happy to go to the salon with ID and my bank account, Grace still refused to return the money.It has been a mistake and I thought that a legit business that had already received money from me, and had met myself and my wife, would have returned the money as soon as possible to a customer, this was over 4 weeks ago and Grace still refuses to return the money that she had received without any bookings, on which I would presume a legit business would automatically contact the customer and inquire why and what was the money for? A trustful person let alone a trusted business should then return the money.Grace had received £400 and consequently kept it, this is a lot of money to have had stolen.This is not a person or business to be trusted and especially this day in age that money is quite an issue for living, I would advise anyone who wish to book an appointment at Palomas beauty Salon in Manchester Northern Quarter to either pay after there treatment or to go to a trusted Salon.

Have been going there for a while. Always get ACNE facial, and it’s the best one in Manchester. My skin feels fresher and cleaner after each facial! Highly recommend :)

This was probably the best facial I've ever had. Grace was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She really took the time to explain everything and took extra care with my skin. The results have been amazing, it wasn't just a superficial cleanse and massage like I've had elsewhere. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - your skin will thank you - and I plan to rebook soon.
