We visited this lovely shop while we were having a short break in Bude. The owner; I didn't catch his name but soon discovered he too, was an avid David Bowie fan :), was very helpful & patient, and we managed to find a lead to suit my 15 month old Weimaraner, Bowie. He still pulls a little but there's such an improvement. Thankyou :)Alex, from Southwick, Wiltshire.

Small shop, but well stocked with pet paraphernalia. Reasonable prices too. Difficult to get round if it's very busy.

Excellent and well informed service, just popped in for a replacement harness for my Boxer Bonnie.Could not have been more helpful and made me feel like Bonnie was a VIP.Got exactly what was needed with a great price and left feeling like a valued customer.I highly recommend trying this shop for a pleasant and personal service which is all to rare in this day and age

Couldn’t recommend Coastal Pets highly enough! Always happy to help and incredibly knowledgable on all dog breeds. They stock a brilliant range of food, treats, toys, leads etc and can advise what will suit your pet best.

The couple running the shop were so so friendly and helpful. Poorly paws on my dog and I spoke to them in the phone and together we triaged the dog and they had everything necessary in stock. When I made it in to the shop it was so well stocked for all animals and yet so tidy and professional. Cannot recommend them enough! border terrier is now back on his feet!
