We came here for my daughter's birthday and we all had an absolutely fantastic time! every single member of staff bends over backwards for you. They had a huge birthday party going on yet it didn't stop them from giving great service to smaller groups like ours. My kids really enjoyed the clip and climb. The guys that run it are so helpful and encouraging. unfortunately one of my daughter's friend's saw the height of the wall and decided she couldn't do it so they offered me a refund. I didn't even ask for one as I thought I wouldn't be entitled to it as I paid in advance. I was so grateful, especially as it meant my kids had more money for the arcades.We ordered some snacks which were really nice, and then we went on the arcade games. I must say that the place is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. I wasn't expecting it to be so much fun there but we all had a blast. We were also booked for bowling and they gave me a refund on my husband's ticket because he injured his back last week so couldn't play.I'm so impressed with how well things are run there. The place was absolutely manic. It was extremely loud and busy yet all of the staff seem unphased by it and provided excellent service. Everything was clean. There were sanitising stations everywhere. I'd read a few reviews that said the place is run down. It's absolutely not run down at all. Well worth a visit. 10 million stars!And as an added bonus, my daughter won the jackpot of 1000 tickets on one of the machines!

Reasonable price, good amount of time (90 mins bookings) and security gate to stop people wandering in or kids going out. Staff are friendly enough though it gets very busy at times and seems no limit on entrants. Wouldn't use the arcade claw machines though as they are most certainly fixed.

Lovely place, huge, lots to do, even a little pub for the parents inside, so, this is my favourite place to go now. Food is great and not expensive. Great place to send the whole day for all ages.

We went bowling. We only had time for 1 game but it was super fun. The place felt really clean and the staff were friendly.

My family loves coming here. bowling, clip and climb, arcades and soft play area and even a bar, there is something here to keep everyone happy. Staff are always lovely and helpful. Highly recommended

Enjoyed bowling here with the family, on the 321 bowling offer which is available after 7pm and cost us just £10 a person for 3 games.Free parking in the Freeport car park.

So accommodating, I have been coming here for years. Amber has some great customer service skills, she was super friendly hand helpful.It's clean and modern.I will definitely come again.They have Amusements, bowling, soft play and wall climbing. Which we have done them all (we meaning the kids.... Not me). Great for my 5yo & 9yo.Not a cheap day out, but packed with lots of fun. Food options are great, however I really miss the sandwich options for my autistic son. However they have no problem with me bringing him food from home.I often come on quieter days as I don't like crowded places.

Good place to have fun with the kids. Nice clean place with friendly staff. The toilet was clean and tidy as well. I can recommend it to small and big families.

Good arcade for the kids, not to expensive either for the arcade games. Who doesn't like a 2p machine?

This place has developed so a lot since it first opened. It’s less bowling centric now with soft play and Clip n Climb too. The arcade is quite annoying as it distracts the main desk staff with redeeming tickets for sweets instead of more important matters like tech issues or people waiting to bowl. The climbing staff were outstanding: very attentive and encouraging. Will go back for this alone.
