Staff was extremely friendly and helpful however the car we test drove was in extremely bad shape to a point the steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle. We was told the traction control light was on and that did not bother us but no body told us about the steering wheel when this is very important when driving!!!.The car was moved so knew the car had some issues should have been told instead of finding out the hard way to a point had to turn back and not completely the test drive :(

Bought a Mini from Ellahi Motors last Friday. The service had been excellent, no pushy salesman, I was able to do a test drive on my own which was great, communication was second to none, as is the after sales care. Would highly recommend. I drove away knowing that I had the right car for me. Thank you guys

We drove a long way in difficult conditions to look at a particular car; we didn’t buy it because we subsequently found a younger, higher specification model for a little more money elsewhere. My review is simply to say if, when, I am looking for another car I would seek this company out without hesitation in spite of the distance. I’m actually sorry we could not buy a car from them, so friendly and helpful, no pressure at all.

Such an amazing experience with these people... absolutely no stress..... they know their cars are the best available.... no pressure at all! I loved the chilled out approach. Travelled from Portsmouth and so glad I did! I would absolutely travel this distance again when I need another car! Cannot fault them! I bought a car with well under the mileage for the year... so happy with their service They will even deliver your car 5* from me

These guys are patient and happy to answer any questions! Things didn't go quite as smoothly as planned at the very start (something completely unexpected with the car)but this is why you go to a dealer like this.... because of the way they react and deal with anything professionally. I am a happy customer because of this and I have the exact type of car that I researched and it also looks fantastic. One happy customer.
