Shoes repairs by Duncan. He did an OK job but was quite rude.. Basic customer service skills are just not there!

Over priced phone repair with not a lot of knowledge, two separate Timpsons told me the price was for genuine apple screen, asked to see screen, not genuine Apple ,later found out through enquiries that only Apple or Apple approved repairer stock these screens, also had charger port needing done, was told it would have to be returned to Apple, Later had the phone repaired, screen and charger port together for half the price they quoted for screen by a chap I found via home hardware in Portchester,Stick to shoes and watch batteries and stop over charging customers for things you have little knowledge of

great service at the Fareham Shopping Centre branch earlier this month. A much loved watch had stopped, they checked the battery free of charge and then talked me through my options. Delighted to have it working again at a reasonable cost and very quickly too.

Would like to say thank you to Duncan for his amazing work saving my worn through knee high boots by putting new soles on. Further thanks for the fast time he did this in making sure I had them before going abroad. I would thoroughly recommend the team and will be returning again in future.

Very helpful staff here and my coat has never looked as good since the day I bought it. Will definitely be going back here and would definitely recommend to anyone. Even had it ready for my the same day. Great service offered and always have deals on!!
