This is the worst council for waste and recycling collections. Too thick to understand the contractors are taking them for a ride and wasting taxpayers money. High time this council was changed for someone with even an ounce of common sense

Highest paid council tax and then they don't take our bins- and when they do they chuck in on the pavement with no respect. Never keep the grass verge cut either unless we call up. Ridiculous

Moved to Kingston 2 months ago and having issues with waste collection on a weekly basis. Waste collection is either missed or they randomly keep removing (taking away) one of the non-recyclable waste bins. Never had to experience anything remotely like this in my entire life. The level of incompetence from both Council and the respective waste collection company is through the roof!In addition, Green space team" - never responds to their emails. Contacted them a number of times with regards to improvements to local outdoor sports grounds

Without doubt, one of the worst council providers going. I would 100% give them zero stars if this were possible. Keep you on hold for ridiculous periods of time, staff are rude, incompetent and absolutely no help whatsover.They are very quick to issue me with letters about money I owe, but when it comes to calling back or resolving issues, or even simple customer care, its a very different story altogether! The ways I have been spoken to in the past is just unacceptable and downright unncessary. They are also incredibly expensive, and I still fail to see after years of living in the borough, where my money actually goes?

Where do I start with this council, they fail in almost every service they provide yet they have the temerity to hound us for council tax on a regular basis. I remember once they failed to pick up our recycling because it wasn’t at the “front of the house” despite that it visibly was. Communication with them is poor as well, can’t even get through to them and when do you, their response is “sorry we can’t do anything about it”.Utter joke of a council.

So K upon T road dept please advise how you access Q park when coming from Portsmouth Road into Eden St?No left turn into Union Street, Why?Unable to access straight on from St James Road as closed.Can't go straight on as bus lane.Truly useless.

Pedantic and pathetic parking attendants giving me a ticket for half my back wheel being on the yellow lines. Despite appealing due to the fact my wife is 36 weeks pregnant and we need to make sure the car is near to our property I was told her condition has 'no bearing on the case' and the fine upheld. Disgusting.

If you can avoid living within the borough governed by this council then try to. They don’t seem to appreciate their residents, don’t work as a collective to improve the community, and will fine you at a moments notice for any innocent mistakes you may make with parking - it’s such a shame as the location, and London parks are great

The waste collection service is rubbish! Sorry for the pun! I cant even count the number of times bins are missed in my road. When you go on line to report it then it doesn't even register and just proceeds to tell you what day it is collected. When you ting you are in a long queue. What a nightmare. They would soon be on our case if we didn't pay our council tax! Horrendous!
