Abi was able to fit in an appointment for me at short notice, which was very helpful. She explained the process very clearly and carried out the suction very effectively, leaving me with greatly improved hearing.

My left ear was completely blocked and compacted, my right ear was partially blocked, after a initial review with Samantha, Abby skilfully removed the wax from both ears and my hearing has improved greatly, many thanks to you both. It was well worth it and I will be back in the future

Very happy with the outcome of my visit.Both ears unblocked, time and care taken. I now realise my hearing has been deteriorating for two years or more.Amazing to see before and after pictures!

Samantha is a delightful, helpfullady with a great sense of humour. She is easy to speak to and has an easy going common sense approach to ears. She explains everything in a way that everyone can understand and her prices are fair.She has conducted hearing tests for both of us and wax removal for my wife.My wife and I can’t recommend her enough.
