I've been coming into Castle Court for 3 years and the experience is fantastic never once have I left with a bad experience. The store should be 5 stars on Google reviews all the staff have been brilliant when I've visited the store. A credit to the management team who have trained them.

While Castle Court isn't anywhere near what it was many years back, there are still a few shops worth a visit, including Jack Jones, Schuh and O2. I guess everywhere suffered during Covid (and after), and it looks like those years took their toll on this store, with Debenhams going. However, as above, give it a try, with the toy shop still here by the way, The Entertainer.

Polite staff, I had to visit the store a couple of times for my queries. The online staff were very rapid with a response they have been kind and considerate with me as a customer threw the years ✌️

The staff in this o2 store are awful. They don't know how to speak to a customer or what it means to help a paying customer. The other store is the best branch in Belfast Centre with great sales people. I get all my upgrades done there. Considering where I live Castle Court is my closest store and I now won't use it CASTLE COURT O2 IS AWFUL. Avoid the place - save time and visit a different o2 branch - where you will get everything you need with a smile and a thank you.

Not a great experience. Wouldn't help me with a faulty brand new phone that i got from them 3 days before. Told me to go to Samsung. Long story but the team in the castle lane 02 were brilliant and sorted it for me right away. Avoid Castlecourt store.

Walked in today to purchase a new phone/upgrade.. was the strangest experience I've had in a long time... not been told to sit there by anyone in years lol... em decided to take my cash somewhere else, somewhere that cares...

The staff member who helped my mother rather sadly gave her completely incorrect information, leading to her purchasing an item that was useless to her. It is unfortunate the staff are misinformed on their products and seem uninterested in matching customers with the appropriate item.

Popped in as an impromptu visit to check out any deals on Samsung phones together with watches, I also wanted to actually see said watches, and enquire on how the watch contract works. The moment the shop attendant realised I wasn't looking to buy straight away, they became dismissive (felt like they were pointing me to the door), answering my questions quite abruptly, telling me they will help me when I go back in to buy. Fair to say, I will not be back to buy from them.
