Sam and his team are fantastic. Arena fit is an extremely comfortable, clean, knowledgeable and non-judgrmental place. I would urge anyone who is slightly nervous to join as you will become an exercise lover not hater. What a little gem of a gym! Everything you need in a friendly, caring environment. Boot camps at perfect times in the day, space for you to do you own thing and times for teens to learn how to use the gym under the close eye of the team. Sam has such a friendly team all ready to help and advise. Fully recommend these guys!

I’ve been a member for 4years. Welcoming staff, always ready to help and encourage. Other members are equally friendly and happy to share kit etc.Really good quality kit, SUPER CLEAN, and always. An interesting workout on the board to do!

Superb gym. My girlfriend and I signed up together late 2021 and we haven't looked back. The best gym either of us have ever been a member of. Really approachable and friendly staff, regular updates by the owner, Sam, and plenty of bootcamps to join and equipment to use. Very excited for the approved extension plans moving forward!

Sam had really helped me regain confidence in myself after years of neglecting my body.He worked with me to create an appropriate training plan for my needs, and helped me work towards my goals of total body strength, with an aim to pick up where I left off with calisthenic training. Since starting at Arenafit in December I’ve lost 5in from my waist, and I’m feeling stronger every day.He operates a well run gym with extremely competitive pricing - but no compromise on decent equipment. This is by far the best gym I have ever joined! Sam and the team are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All the classes are fantastic for any levels of fitness, and I have always been made the feel comfortable and confident in any workouts I do. Couldn’t recommend Arenafit more!
