Snape Contracting

I'm a severely disabled woman whose recovering from a double major operation recently, and luckily for Snape Contracting I'm house bound. The Swindon boss Gordon came out in July just after I moved into my disability bungalow to do an assessment because I needed an over bath shower fitted because my illnesses don't allow me to always have a bath, when he was out and doing the paperwork I had to give him my mobile number and email address so that they could call me to let me know when they were coming out to do the work. Over the last 6 weeks it's taken to fit a shower which is wonky, a burnt floor and the wrong size shower curtain, I didn't get a single phone call or email from them, and the contractor called Nathan told me after he'd fitted the shower that I wouldn't be able to use it for a few days because there was a valve which needed to be replaced. A week later his boss Gordon came out again unannounced and told me that I could have been using my shower because the valve that needed replacing was under the bath and not about or affecting the use of the shower at all, but also told his boss that there was no rush as I could only have baths and not showers for a few more weeks, when in fact it was the other way around. All of those problems were why he got sacked as well as mistakes on other jobs. I even told Gordon that I didn't even know Nathan was coming out and he told me that I would get a call when the new contractor would be out and checked he had the correct number for me, which he did. But once again no notice of when the they were coming out. But when the new contractor checked with the receptionists, the girls said that they tried calling me but couldn't get any answer, then today again I didn't know he was coming out to finish the decorating, and I told him I wasn't called to let me know, so again he called the office and this time he was told that they didn't have any contact details for me, talk about contradicting themselves!!! And I should have been sent or given information sheets about what works I would be having done and what I could expect and rules for myself, but once again I had nothing! This week either Wednesday or Thursday I was meant to be having my new floor put in, but no nobody came out or contacted me again, now their going to be out sometime next week which doesn't help me because I've got appointments on the Monday and Tuesday, I've been trying to call the office but can't get any answer from them, and I've tried several times. With exceptions of the last contractor Jayson, Snape Contracting are a bunch of cowboys who try covering their arse with lid after lie and constantly contradicting themselves. If I don't have a phone call next week when their coming out to fit my new floor and put the correct shower curtain up, I'll be putting another negative review up. But to anyone who is having any kind of work done by Snape Contracting, be very careful, make sure that they do have your correct phone number (s) and any other contact details you give them, and make sure you get the correct paperwork including the set of rules for yourself before any work starts. I'm not the only person whose had problems with Snape Contracting, there are several before me. And the only reason I know any of this is because of the last contractor Jayson, and if you are having work done just prey you get Jayson because he's honest with you, won't cover his bosses arse or the secretaries either, he says it how it is and that's a great trait for a contractor and how all contractors, their boss and the secretaries should be without having to be told this is how to conduct themselves!!!! I'm a very unsatisfied customer and would not recommend Snape Contracting to anyone!!!!
