Nomow Ltd

I tried a number of places and found Nomow. I was in need of Astro but needed to collect the same day as it was a Friday. I called the Centre and spoke to Loren Withey, who I must say is a great asset to the team. She was not only extremely polite but kept me up to date with progress. She got me my order the same day. Thank you and she will be my first go to when I need anything else regarding Astro.

Ordered from this company through Homebase and waited nearly a month! no word from the supplier, no communication or attempt at communication. phoned up multiple times to find that they cancelled the order without informing us and just expected us to deal with it basically. extremely unprofessional company and would not recommend.

Just went to buy some artificial grass this morning at their sale day . The chap that we dealt with was so helpful . We got a really great product for a fantastic price . Couldn’t have been more helpful.

Ordered 3 pieces first....Two pieces arrived, then a week later, the 3rd piece arrived.....Liked it, so ordered 4 more on 4th July. Expected delivery date was yesterday....Nothing !!!! Littlewoods have today sent them and email. I have rang them directly, and they have no idea where the order is....Littlewoods, said they have received another complaint for missing grass today as well.Waiting on a call back from them ?....Needed this grass ASAP as I'm going into hospital for surgery in two weeks and wanted to finish the garden before then......Littlewood suggested I cancel the order, but that will leave me 3 pieces of grass, and the rest is just mud now :(

Excellent service, customer support and delivery. Product and help from staff was great can't fault it and very happy with our purchase would recommend to all family and friends.

We are a primary school who recently made contact with Nomow to see if they had any small samples of grass they were throwing out - which we could use in our Year 1 classes to enhance our children's learning.Rebecca at Nomow replied promptly the same day, saying they were more than happy to support our classes with our request.Rebecca was absolutely amazing and ensured a box was couriered out to us the next day!The children were extremely excited to receive their parcel and put this straight to task with their maths.Nomow are not only fantastic, they are extremely helpful with brilliant communication. We were very impressed how helpful and friendly Loren was when we ordered some artificial grass to go round our fishpond. She sent us some samples and then when we ordered what we needed, she kept us informed as to when it would be delivered. Then she phoned us to ask if it had arrived safely and were we happy with it - which we were. Would have no qualms recommending Nomow to anyone and would suggest they ask to speak to Loren who will help future customers every step of the way.

Everything went well during the purchasing process, however after that I emailed them for support (mushrooms started to grow in the artificial grass) and I've been waiting for a month but not reply yet. I'll email them again.
