Our tour was a big waste of money. The tour guide made a joke with most of the history facts she told or she would be incorrect. Example she pointed at a building and said there was Roman numerals and it was just Greek letters. Bus had so many issues like Wi-Fi and no a.c. the tour guide Emily had so much attitude and then when we made complaints throughout the trip she tried to suck up then we did the final review she became bitter again. Don't waste your money on topdeck the hotels were brutal no a.c. or fans for most of them. The meals included for breakfast consisted of tasteless pastries and processed cheese and meats. So disappointed with this company will never use them again or recommend.

I booked with this company for a tour in April which they have now cancelled due to corona and they are refusing to give me a refund which is a breach of their terms and conditions.I will never purchase with this company again

Staff in here is always polite and helpful

Natalie Christodoulou is very unprofessional, a total misandrist and should be fired.
