Despite being short of products - including testers - for foundations, Sue was able to get a really good match for me and helped me out when I was struggling for the correct foundation (despite multiple visits to the counter - as I said, low stock). Always polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the products, she is the reason I returned and didn't visit other Estée Lauder branches or stores where the Estée Lauder counter is available. Shortage of testers, products and serviceThe products of this counter always not available. No stock.That including testers shortage. Quite a lot of items that do not have testers for customer to try.The idea of not shopping in the internet is, you want to try the testers in a physical store.The staff generally do not give samples after you purchase. Not even asking if you have any product that you are interested and want to try.Please understand, asking for samples do not mean the customers are greedy, just want to collect shopping trophies.Samples help the customers to test a product to see if it will cause irritation.Also, samples help the customers to understand the texture of a product, whether it is too oilly or too dry or right for the customers.Do not want to visit if not the testers. Would rather buy in the internet instead.
