Windows supplied and fitted absolutely fabulous no problems.Front Door Italian Design very high spec and very dissapointed with it.One of the sealed units in the door broken down very quickly and took months to replace. Ongoing problem with Door - no happy that it only opens on a key and if you are outside and the door closes behind you - you cannot get back in. Had a security pad fitted with spare key but if key is still on the otherside of the door you still not get entrance. This door is just 12 months old and I have had the fitters out twice and had door refitted and still this last month I have three times now been unable to get into my house cannot unlock the door. Twice my neighbours climbed into the windows and let me in through my back gate as they could not unlock the door even from inside. Last night I went out for a meal with friends and when I came home at 11pm I could not open my front door yet again so went home and stayed the nights at my friends - unfortunately my little dog could not be let out until the following day when my friends had to remove glass from my patio doors to access my house. I am 68 years old and do not need this hassle I am hoping to have a complete replacement door of a different design. The Manager and his fitter have promised to visit me Friday am on the 18th August 2016. I have written and I have complained but so far still have a faulty door. It is a composite door which are very expensive I am not prepared to accept any more excuses. If I do not have a result tomorrow I will go to Trading Standards for assistance. A very dissatisfied customer.
