Pet Care Veterinary Surgery

Amazing vets. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and they look after the animals beautifully. I have never had a poor service since going. I had to take my cat as an emergency as she died and they were amazing. They allowed me and my mum to see her off before she went to be cremated which was extremely touching. I have since been back with my other cat. I won't change this surgery for nothing.

Great vet, quick to answer the phone and accomendating when booking appointments. Extremely grateful for all staff here for taking care of my dog who had to stay there during the day on 2 occasions. The vets showed great compassion and was gentle and caring, and provided regular updates.

Ordered my cats flea treatment and it was ready 2 hours later. He had a check up a few months ago so I can order his flea treatment as and when throughout the year. Very quick and lovely staff.

I cannot recommend this surgery enough the vet is very thorough and doesn’t mind explaining the options in detail- not rushing you out the door. The reception staff are very friendly and happy to help.They really do care as the name suggests.

Kevin and the team did a fantastic job of operating on one of my gerbils last year. She had a large tumour in her abdomen which other vets weren't sure on operating on, but Kevin was amazing by not only offering to try the surgery, but also providing lots of support on whether it was the right decision. He successfully removed the tumour, and she was back to normal a few hours after pickup. It's added (at least) another year to her life with no issues since, so thanks again to everyone at Pet Care Veterinary Surgery!

First time I've used this vets and I've been blown away with the service they have provided, I couldn't have asked for better.It's the first time my dog has needed something major done in the 10 years I've had herI have always heard good things about them but with me its seeing it to believe it. They made me feel happy to leave her with them and confident that she would be well cared for and they had the expertise to deal with her growth in her mouth. They must be good as she was happy to leave me which she never has done before (she has separation anxiety & stresses badly when away from me), at the previous vets she always pulled to get to me, was very stressed and constantly moaned all the time she was there.The previous vets said they couldn't do surgery for a number of reasons but this vets were confident that they coulddo the surgeryand that as a 12 year old StaffordshireBullTerrier she was fit enough to pull through the surgery ( that was within the first 20 mins of being there. We had been back and forth to the previous vet for 6 months)The after care is also second to none. I'll definitely be going back next time she needs medical treatment.

I will be eternally grateful to Ceel the vet and everyone at this practice for the compassion and dignity they showed our cat Spike on his final day. This vets surgery really does care about the animals and also their owners. I also really appreciate the lovely sympathy card they sent us relating to Spikes passing. I would whole heartedly recommend this vets practice to everyone.
