I travel around the local stores regularly to find a good bargain, I went into the woolwich store today and have never seen the store look so tidy and well presented. The store looks so clean and the layout makes all items of furniture accessible to everyone. I will definitely be coming back.

No collection for 2 consecutive weeks I have booked online! I now am so feed up and taking good quality furniture to the tip! absolutely terrible service rang the shop countless times no answer & why was I supposed to have a collection from Woolwich as I’m DA6 and Sidcup round the corner to me?? Very disappointed British Heart don’t advertise what you can’t deliver (literally)

Bought a 2 seater cream leather sofa. I never buy furniture brand new. Great price and great staff. I have bought many items from this store. Delivery guys phoned me an hour before. Prices were very fair. Great shop, great staff.

Am sorry I had a horrible experience with them the delivery guys are absolutely rude very very rude .they even asked me why I was buying cheap charity stuff ,I didnt buy cheap but he seemed annoyed of carrying furniture out of the van

Amazing what having a manager who cares can do to a shop, I have never seen this store look so clean. I have visited the Woolwich store on numerous occasions before but have never wanted to spend time shopping because of the smell and the mess. I can now walk around and enjoy looking at the great stock on offer. Well done to the team. Keep up the good work!!
