Love this place. I used to go to claire when she was doing beauty from her home, and to see what she has done with this place is so amazing. The decor makes me feel luxurious, the staff are so friendly, the treatments are amazing and they often do offers making it really affordable. And claire is super kind and knowledgeable, and always has time for you ♡ 5 stars everytime from me xx

Can’t recommend this salon enough. Relaxing and professional atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The girls are all so lovely and welcoming! Had lots of treatments done before my wedding all my facials, came out so relaxed and skin felt amazing, eyelash extensions, eye brow tint and gel nails which were all to a very high standard. Will be back for future treatments

Absolute waste of my time… booked an appointment for a lash lift yesterday for today at 14:00, got there and told I couldn’t do it because I needed a patch test first! That makes sense but that was never mentioned when I booked it and now I’ve gone all the way here for nothing!!

Nails by Chrissie perfectly matched my bracelet and then I had a wonderful facial, again by Chrissie. Left feeling totally relaxed. Highly recommended *****

Never got to use this place because apparently “computer says no” to extending the ridiculously short 9-month validity of a gift card. I have never had any other gift card that has a validity of less than a year. No flexibility whatsoever was offered even though it only “expired” a month ago.

Really great beauty salon. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Very professional. I had a lovely treatment with Clare who is very knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend

First time customer. Last minute booking to get my eyebrows waxed for a wedding on the sunday and they squeezed me last minute. To top things off I was running late to my appointment and they were still super accommodating. Lovely friendly staff, very clean and professional would highly recommend. Will definitely be revisiting.

I had the most lovely waxing experience here with Sam. She was so lovely and provided a really great and painless experience. From start to finish she was professional, yet friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Sam next time. Unfortunately I had a bad experience when I last came for a wax, and I do agree with some of the comments saying that more training may be needed, as the last one was very painful and I didn’t think the employee was very pleasant or friendly. But not to end on a bad note, lovely salon, and Sam is brilliant at her job.
