Went in for a bacon sandwich. Very friendly staff. Clean place and good prices. However, I am very sorry but can only give you 3 stars despite everything else being nice. As I walked out I was thinking it doesn't feel too hot but gave it the benefit of doubt as it was cool outside. My office is round the corner and I was disappointed to see the sandwich wasn't even slightly warm. It was stone cold. I still have no idea how you managed to sell me a stone cold bacon sandwich but advise you to slow down and get food sorted properly before rushing off to the next customer. Update: Thank you Matt+Chris for taking the time to respond and very, very kind of you to offer a refund. Will try and pop back into at some point to purchase another sandwich and start again with this review. I wasn't sure how it happened either as i went straight to my office. Not end of the world as your response shows you care about your food !
