Extremely impressed with the team. It is a busy store but I wasn't kept waiting and appointments were on schedule.The eye test was extremely thorough and there was time to report any issues I had with my vision. I was given clear explanations of the symptoms.The price for two different types of glasses and the eye test was extremely reasonable.Very professional and kind. Highly recommended.

I visited Specsavers in Brighton on 21/11/23 and was helped extremely efficiently, with a very friendly and helpful manner by Peter Armstrong. He made my visit a real pleasure and sorted out my glasses quickly and expertly. I have no hesitation in recommending his skilful and congenial manner. I would suggest that you seek him out if you need to go to Specsavers in Brighton.

Called in yesterday fantastic customer service from peter and Nathan.would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. They took their time and really helped me. They are both a cedit to specsavers, after the awful service i received from the Eastbourne branch.

Booked an eye test for 2:50pm, ended up waiting another 45 minutes before I had been seen. They must of over booked as there had been people waiting without any available seating so people were just standing waiting to be called. In the end other than the initial extra time spent waiting Sam and Ollie were great and I was happy with their service they provided.

I found this branch to be extremely organised, efficient and helpful. Peter did a wonderful job in helping me source a new frame for my broken glasses & I am delighted with them. I love the colour, fit, style & case, thank you Peter!

I had an outstanding visit when I came into the shop an employee by the name of Claudia helped me pick out glasses that I was looking for she was very friendly and extremely helpful made me feel like she was my personal stylist. Amazing customer service.

Great service from Specsavers Brighton. I was seen within a couple of minutes of the start time for my contact lens check up appointment. The explanation of things was clear. I wasn't pushed to buy contact lenses from Specsavers. The staff who looked after me were very helpful. All very good.

My appointment was very easy going in spec-savers. I understood everything perfectly and even had help in choosing which glasses suited me most by the staff. They were very kind and eager to help. Especially Pete. Pete was very talkative and would somehow end up telling you his whole entire life story but he is very kind and very interesting. I could tell he was very wise and he made my trip even the more better. Thank you spec-savers. I will definitely be coming again.
