I would highly recommend Mick and his team to anyone who would like to modernise their home. We contacted Michael Smith Builders to remove a structural wall and open up the kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done. They are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Mick assessed what needed doing and provided us with a competitive quote. I was in third trimester when the work commenced so Mick made sure the job was completed in time for the new arrival. They worked at pace and to a high standard and kept us in the loop about the progress/next steps. They contained the mess as much as possible and removed the rubble as they went along. The new open plan kitchen diner is a game changer and made us fall in love with our house all over again. We are definitely going to use Mick in his team in the future when we decide to make further renovations.
