We were very fortunate to have Simon from Professor Plumb as our plumber. He first walked me through a problem out of hours on the weekend by text message, fixing an easy error that left us without hot water. Not only was this very helpful, it was also exceptionally honest of him. The main job was hooking up our hot water system using a smart thermostat - this was done promptly, with great communication and efficiency. I'll certainly be calling Simon the next time I need a plumber

Simon came out to fit my new Hive thermostat, and was incredibly helpful and efficient.He left the room clean and tidy, and he also offered to fit my smart radiator valves, which was not included in the original quote ☺️I would definitely use his company again.

Simon is fantastic. I had a problem with my heating system in a new property and Simon was extremely responsive and helpful. He spent a lot of time investigating and finding the problem - all free of charge. Although the problem was out of Simon's scope he very kindly recommended me to somebody who could fix it.
