Thank you to Lauren for looking after me, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my hair and I couldn’t be happier with the results!I had a tricky colour to begin with but Lauren was an absolute star and my hair feels so healthy now too. I don’t live in the city so I have to travel in but it is so worth it ☺️ Definitely recommend x

Took my younger sister to get her first piercing. They were excellent! Calmed her nerves and made her feel safe. Santitised appropriately and supported her with a kind, compassionate approach, and as my six year old sister put 'I feeled happy'. Xx 10/10 would recommend this prompt and professional service

My partner took my son to a hair cut appointment today. They ran over by 20 mins but this is not the main issue; my partner explained that he has really thick hair and asked for a grade 2 round the back and sides and cut the top (he also has a double crown and his fringe comes forward so needs to be short). My partner has showed me his hair in a photo and honestly it looks like it has not been touched and his fringe is wonky and looks like it has been done with a blunt pair of scissors. Very very unhappy and my partner is so upset she does not want to go back.
