DO NOT USE!!!! Got peter in to inspect my property and give a diagnosis on my damp issuespeter recommended i install ventilation heat exchange units and recommended i get lime plastering done by his mate on most walls and the vault of my ground floor terrace housethe inspection was quick but very expensive but wouldnt mind if it actually workedfast forward 2 years later and im still waiting for it to dry so i can paint it and sell my propertyI keep getting told by peter to wait but its ridiculous and its actually getting worseive spent nearly £15k on his recommended treatments which is uselesshes now not answering calls or emailshaving now looked at the wording of the guarantee i got its not worth the paper its on, my solicitor says it would cost thousands to chase him though the courts and with no guarantee of winningpicture below is of the vault they done which is still soaking and unusable as everything goes mouldyHe is a an absolute SCAMMER!do not trust this snake

We used Heritage Housing to conduct a damp and timber survey prior to purchase of a Victorian conversion maisonette.Our survey was carried out by Joe Wilson and he produced a very detailed and useful report. Not only do Heritage Housing use the most prescriptive tools to get to the bottom of any issues they also offer practical solutions on how issues can be resolved without expensive building companies.Joe then took the time to speak with us for almost an hour on the phone to go through every aspect of the survey, demystifying the technical jargon and explaining exactly how we could go about fixing things ourselves.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company for anyone who wants a truthful picture of how to restore and refurbish old properties in the right way - not by using big building companies who may be taking you a for a ride. Do not uselost a sale on my property due to this companynot only did it take weeks to get the report it was useless at helping treating the damp problem as i believe they didnt know what was causing the damp but it seemed they only want to sell there magic productsTried everything they advised but nothing happened

After finding these guys on google, I decided to drop them an email about a small damp problem in my 170 year old house. Michelle emailed me back the same day and offered to give me a call to discuss the issue, she then called me and explained exactly what she believed the issue is and how she would fix it, I'm now online ordering the correct tools hopefully fixing the issue once and for all.
