Ware Escape Rooms (Enigma UK & CY)

Done the deadly sins escape room a few days ago with my family. Staff were brilliant, the room was difficult but really had us thinking which we love in an escape room.Thank you

My daughter went here for a friend's birthday, they enjoyed themselves. Was nice to find an escape room angles at 7-12 year old (adult ones also available) we'll worth it, they had a briefing from the games master, who was watching and listening throughout should they need help or hints. If you get a good time it goes up on the wall. All staff very polite and helpful, parking might be a bit of a nightmare though due to its location, though a small downside frankly. Worth the visit.

Done the St Nicholas Christmas room with my parents and younger sister it was amazing, the decorations were beautiful and my sister loved wrapping herself up in the tinsel. The puzzles were hard but easy enough for the age range of the room. Some very interesting elements to the game. Christmas music played the entire hour. Would definitely recommend this room to anyone who has children or looking for a fun family activity at Christmas time. Well worth the time and money we paid.The staff were lovely and delivered a great experience.Thank you

Oh dear, completely underwhelming.Sadly first and last visit here, the escape room was basically a mixture of number locks, Xmas decks, and furniture that the charity shop would not take.The clues did not flow, it was not intuitive, the need to keep asking for help should demonstrate that it was just a bunch of poor random puzzles. Please save your time and travel to Bishops Stortford where the escape rooms are much better quality……..

My cousin and I went here last weekend. When we arrived Chelsea and Rick were super friendly and welcoming and told us that we had actually booked a room aimed at 7-12 year olds - we’re both 50+! We decided that as there were only 2 of us and we had never done an escape room before that we would keep as is. Thank goodness we did - we were RUBBISH!! Literally didn’t know where to start or how to work out any of the clues! Eventually Chelsea gave us a couple of hints and we (very slowly indeed!) got going. We gradually started to understand how the clues worked and, despite the incredibly slow start and using up all our hints, ended up finishing in around 50 mins - thankfully! We did the ‘Crown Jewels’ room. It was really great fun and we loved it. We’ll definitely be back! :-)

Done the zombie escape room, really enjoyed it, friendly staff, jump scares were funny and definitely caught us off guard.Great atmosphere. Thank you Maddie

We visited you May 2022 and had a great time figuring out the clues (I was awful and didn't contribute anything...) Looking forward to returning soon to witness your hard work. Also, your pen from that day has been my favourite and I use it everyday lol

Has a really good experience in the week, we booked the two kids rooms for my child and his friends after school. They absolutely loved it ! We’ll be back :)

We tried ‘Choices’ escape room. It was fun, quite different from other escape rooms we tried. However we found it a bit pricey compared to other escape rooms we have tried in Central London. This was only one small room, it wasn’t as immersive as others we have tried for the same price even for a room outside of London. It just wasn’t made as good as other escape rooms. There is a free parking there. The hosts were nice.

Amazing Experience. It was the first time for all of us in a escape room and it was very challenging but we all had a lot of fun and stayed entertained for the whole 60 minutes! Can't wait to go there again!
