Lovely school uniform shop and very helpful staff , much better location than old premises on Westgate Road

Quite spacious, more airey now, staff very much helpful making it easier to shop for school uniforms.

Very pathetic customer service, rude staff. the quality is really very poor. Jumper worn two week and there are 3 holes in sleeves already, I will let the school know they need to change the vendor.We went to show condition of the jumper after two days being worn and they refused to do anything. It was total waste of journey and money..absolutely appalling don't use thisis company its total rubbish if I could put a minus 10 I would, useless that's what they are

I love the fact that they have such a big space now, where you can find everything you need for your child uniform school.

Placed a very late order for 10 school uniform items over the bank holiday weekend. Email Tuesday to say dispatched and items arrived promptly Wednesday morning. Very efficient service. Thank you.

Never had any problems sizes always correct and arrives on time for new school year. Ps I'm also Royal mail who rang you.

Visited the new shop at Kingston Park for one piece of uniform (didn’t want to pay the £5 postage when we were going to be near there at some point).The shop is laid out well with each school allocated their own area with examples of uniforms hung up in all sizes.Friendly and helpful staff. Transaction went quick without issue.Much better parking than the old premises and quite easy to find.

we are SO GLAD that the school changed suppliers from Emblematic (which we had the worst customer service EVER) to this company for uniforms. the previous company we waited weeks and weeks for any uniform to arrive. here we ordered on Monday and the item arrived on the Thursday (today).I really cant sing their praises highly enough. to the point that they even thought of the little things like having a tag in the Blazer we ordered to write the childs name in, instead of having to go to the hassle of trying to add something yourselfIt fits great, seems to be decent quality (time is the only real way to tell for sure) and the materials are made, in part, from other recycled items. excellent. Highly recommended.
