AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTYI was away to the lake district for the weekend. My petsitter lost her keys and mine. I contacted this joiner/locksmith to change the locks. Got back on Monday to see he has made a complete mess of the work he has done. I’ve sent him messages asking him to fix the issue and sent pictures and videos. Not only has he made a mess the locks aren’t secure enough. He was paid via bank transfer. He hasn’t responded and has switched off his phone or blocked me. Was hoping he would do the decent thing and at least respond but guess not.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Robert Burns agreed to install a new door with cat flap. He initially asked for £820 up front but settled on £300 cash. He does not reply to phone calls, text messages or emails. He did answer calls twice, when he heard that the caller was my husband and I - he hung up! Totally unprofessional way to do business. Would not recommend.

Robert provided us with an excellent service, was quick clean and tidy. He had a 'can do' attitude and recommended solutions to our problems with our rear and front door locks that another Dundee-based locksmith said couldn't be done. He also popped back for free when we had an issue opening our door only to find that it had frozen with ice in the cold weather. Advised us to use furniture polish as a deterrent every couple of weeks. Top tip and much appreciated.

Absolutely outstanding service!I’d expressed that I was locked out and was in a complete state of panic as I had animals i needed to attend to. He kindly reassured me and attended my property within TEN MINUTES!! Gaining entry to my property within a blink of an eye. Truly the best service I have ever received and would 100% recommend. Pricing was very affordable and reasonable in comparison to any other local company I had frantically reached out to before locating him.

****SCAM/FRAUD ALERT*****I contracted Robert to erect fence at my property, as the previous fence fell during the last storm. He provided a quote of £980 and we agreed on £900. I paid 60% of the agreed cost, which was £540. The initial cost was to enable him procure the materials required to carry out the work required. He never showed up on the agreed day (21-Feb-2022). I sent him messages and called him over 25times, he isn't responding. He has ceased all forms of communication.His registered business address is his mom's house, as I went looking for him.**AVOID ANY BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT WITH ROBERT.**

First class job ! Arrived on time fitted shelving in kitchen and bathroom built cabinet under wash hand basin. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
