Picked up my new Dacia Jogger Hybrid car November 2023. As is common with most new cars there was a long wait for it to be delivered. However, now I have had the opportunity to take it out on the road. It was well worth the wait. I have nothing but praise for this vehicle. It ticks all my boxes.1. Affordable 2. Comfortable 3.Roomy 4. Good build quality 5.Smart appearance.Paul Fisher, who was my contact at County Dacia was very helpful and professional throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise as he talked me through the equipment on board was invaluable and gave me the confidence to drive away as though I had owned the car for weeks rather than minutes.

Bought a Suzuki from this garage in 2022 and actually very much liked it. 2023 car went back for a service and passed. The staff so far have been friendly and efficient, with a large waiting room and a coffee machine made by mad scientists, so no attempt to grab a free coffee whilst I waited..

I am able to recommend this dealership, particularly the Kia section, wholeheartedly. Ricky, sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, fair and professional. I was particularly impressed by the unexpected after sales call I received from him to check that all was well with my experience and the car I had purchased. I have every confidence in using the dealership again, either in the future when I am considering changing my car, or with any queries I might have about my current vehicle.

Absolutely made up with my new (to me) Toyota Aygo, Wilson was fantastic he went out of his way to try to find me financing and was patient when I eventually sourced my own which took a good few days to come through. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and very easy to contact. Would recommend to friends when looking for a new car :)

What an amazing experience!! Jon went above and beyond to make sure our little super mini was ready for us. He kept to his word to the very last detail on everything that was going to happen. Jon made buying our car the best experience we have had in a car dealership, nothing was too much, always responded to emails, phone calls etc. Thankyou Jon!! Also 5 star review to Jamie in the valet bay, his attention to detail of how clean the car was inside and out was second to none! Would highly recommend using county garage.

I was really well looked after by the team at County Renault. Purchased a new car and was given a good trade in on my old one. Gwyn (Sales Manager), Paul, Ben and the team were all incredibly helpful. Everyone was knowledgeable about the models and ranges. After care was excellent and no question was too much trouble.

I don't have much experience in buying cars, however, having visited a corporate dealership the week before (where I am not sure the salesman had actually seen the car I was test driving), the contrast at the family owned County Garage was amazing. Jon knew the car inside out, and was very patient with a newbie driver! Jon and Gwyn answered all my question (which was a feat in itself) and got me on the road! Have to say this is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dealership by miles. Jon was amazing. From the start he managed expectations about getting a new Dacia duster extreme tce 130 that’s immediately available. However he said he would try and delivered!! Within less than two weeks I’m now the proud owner of a shiny new car. He went above and beyond. No pushy sales. Always gets back to you. Lovely atmosphere in a non corporate environment.
