Passive aggressive with new costumer and kind and helpful with regular costumers

Well organised and polite. I had 7 parcels delivered to the shop over the duration of a week, he sectioned all my parcels to one side, stayed open past his opening hours for me to run and collect them. Every time I’ve come to this parcel shop, I’m met with a warm greeting and kindness. I 100000% recommend this parcel shop. I have never had any items missing or damaged. Thank you so much
