Will never use this place again.Took my car in for a jet wash and vacuum. The job they did was ok, missed a couple of small thing, the price wasn't too bad but is cheaper elsewhere. However, the thing that really put me off, the older guy was very rude. So thanks, but no thanks, im paying you for a service, I dont expect to be insulted, from now on, ill take my business somewhere else.

Cheap car hand-wash in the parking lot of ASDA Kettering. It seems like their washing is thorough, but...The problem is the staff changes very frequently and many times inexperienced/ untrained people get to do the job. After washing my new Mercedes there I found many light scratch marks on the paint probably done with an improper sponge and rubbing too hard. Big damage for me I assure you. 2-3 of my friends also told me they had the same problem there and never went again. I wish I knew beforehand ...Avoid !

Terrible customer service. First time visit. Stood for nearly 5 mins waiting for someone to speak to as I didn’t know how they work. Uninterested staff member said move your car to the que? What que? I asked about getting a gold service he was abrupt and just pointed to a vacant area and said move the car and leave the keys. I did move my car, but to a different vendor. I left shocked and amazed. Will not return

Exterior car wash 3/5Drying 2/5Value for money 1/5I had my car hand washed from outside only and then dried for £14 and yet my front windshield is not 100% clean. That’s a lot.

About week ago I tried them first time and its been my last. Outside wash fine, but interior terrible. They spent some time to tidy up but I havent seen any difference and also all glasses had a lot of dirt marks. Terrible stink inside after, they used dump and stinky clothes to clean. Not cheap and no quality. Never again.

Charged my wife £40 for wash and vacuum on a medium sized SUV. We had cleaned it ourselves about two weeks ago, so it wasn’t that dirty and wanted a quick wash before taking our son to his prom.Total rip-off and totally took advantage of my wife.Avoid
