I had such a great shopping experience with my friend when we met Lezan Amaldi, director of the store. She was so patient for my friend and I, and “closed down” the shop for us for about three hours (or just closed the door to make our time more customized and maybe that is normal, but so appreciated). We ended up grabbing 5 pairs of sunglasses total. We definitely appreciated and needed the help and assistance with our different face shapes and styles we wanted! This is a very personalized and high end quality shopping experience you’ll not regret at all. Next time I’m in London again, this might be my first shopping stop! Thank you Lezan!

Needed my sunglasses repaired and they were both very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this place for glasses repairs (and the selection of new glasses looked quite nice as well).

Excellent service, Lezan and Zoe were extremely helpful and really took their time with me whilst I chose my glasses and had them fitted. Customer service was really beyond any other optician I had ever visited. I am so pleased with my customized frames!From now on, I won't be going anywhere else and recommend that you only visit this optician, they are the best!

After having visited numerous opticians in London, I finally found a shop where I got expert advice from a friendly optician!As someone with a high prescription (who has been wearing glasses for about 22 years), finding the right balance between meeting your vision needs and the fit/style of the frame is no easy feat and has always been such a challenge for me. Right from the start, Zoe understood exactly this happy medium I was trying to find and took this challenge on with such enthusiasm that I just knew I was at the right place! She helped me to find the frames that I have been dreaming about for such a long time. She always took the time to explain and answer any questions that I had around my prescription, fit, etc. in real-life during our consultations but also via e-mail.I feel like I don't have enough words to describe how happy I am with the glasses I bought from Unger & Fagan opticians. My whole experience with them has been stellar, from beginning to end.In short, this is without a doubt the best optician that I have visited in my life and would highly recommend it to anyone, whether you're just looking to get your first pair of glasses or are a seasoned glasses wearer!

This is the by far the best opticians I've ever been to! Prior to visiting Unger and Fagan, I'd visited a bunch of opticians, all of whom were generally unhelpful or in one case completely ignored me! At U&F I was greeted by Lezan who basically took charge and smashed out a good 5 or 6 frames within 5 minutes that she thought would suit me. Honestly was so nice to have someone be totally honest and know pretty much straight away what would suit my face. Basically she looked after me and found me a great pair of glasses. Was really glad I found this place - and people really love the glasses! Definitely recommend!

I stumbled across this place quite randomly but I’m so glad I did. The team have been fantastic from start to finish.They picked out glasses for me I would never have chosen myself but the frames really suited me. They double checked my prescription and found an error in it and have just generally been a pleasure to do business with.I’m recommend Unger and Fagan to anyone who’s looking for a passionate team who will take care of you and provide the service to match their fabulous frames.

I discovered Unger & Fagan whilst looking for glasses for my young son (less than 2 at the time). I'd struggled to find somewhere that could help in London, but Unger & Fagan were superb.They stock one brand of glasses for children, and assured me they were the best on the market; how right they were! The glasses are colourful, lightweight, flexible yet robust and fully adjustable (interchangeable nose pieces, adjustable arms which include a retention strap).My son was spoilt rotten by the team as they measured him (to ensure a good fit) and helped him chose his frames etc. It was no surprise that the glasses were a perfect fit when we came back to collect them.I think we are on his third pair of glasses and I'd recommend Unger & Fagan without reservation!

Lovely team and the ladies in the store were lovely and helpful. They go out of their way to help and provide good service.Knocking-off one star as one of the optometrists that saw me was abrupt and quite rude, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
