Very poor service and very rude customer service. They don't respond on time and when they do, they are very rude. They need to work on their customer service, especially the night workers.Not recommended at all. Very very poor service.

Booked a taxi 10 hours in advance, didn't arrive on time. Called about the whereabouts after 10 mins and was told still 3 mins away. Finally arrived 20 mins late with no apology. Avoid! ABC taxis far better option

There’s online payment link was down. I kept calling to get a new link but the ‘manager’ insisted on shouting at me on the phone rather than listening to me as the customer and sending me out a new link. I did have to get out of the taxi to catch my train but continued to cal them as I left. The manager must’ve been in a bad mood so I ended the phone so I could speak to someone else , mean whilst she’s in the back still shouting at me and saying I’m broke so I shouldn’t be calling any taxis lol. Id understand if I ran off or something but I was genuinely trying to get a new link, because THERE SYSTEM WAS DOWN. Absolutely cheeky

Good customer service, but just a bit higher in price compared to ABC and you get charged for paying by card which is the same as a cash point stop unfortunately

I wish I could no stars..very unprofessional call handlers, rude, no customer service. Should be ashamed to call themselves a taxi firm. Don't waste your time and money booking them. ABC are more reliable and professional.

Absolutely useless don’t bother wasting your time. Pre-booked a taxi at 8:50 for 9:20 job got sent to 6 drivers I think…. taxi never turned up and made me late for work!

Had a very rude driver last night. Rude on the phone to me and then rude when the person he collected was in the car. He pulled his car over and told the passenger to get out and then demanded the full price of the journey even though he didn't take him all the way? The passenger refused to pay and paid him a little less than the expected fee. After this the driver sped off. We had plans to use these taxis 5 nights a week, every other week but not now. We will be going to another service. Absolutely disgraceful when someone moans about their job. They're Ok being paid for it but don't like doing the actual work? Shocking.I'd like to add that the phone staff haven't ever been rude, a little 'I can't be arsed attitude' to their tone but not particularly rude.

Very rude customer service, was hung up on when asking for a car and how many were on. An when calling to advise of bad customer service the call was even worse. The woman on the phone needs a lesson on customer service
