My toddler had damaged the charging port on my phone, which is a slight obscure model. A part had to be ordered, but once received the work to fix it was done super fast and at a very reasonable price indeed - you would never know the phone had been opened up and it works perfectly again - very happy to support a local business, and while I hope not to need them again, I am confident that when I do the service will be impeccable.

This is a great business in the heart of Cupar and the Customer Service is the best I’ve seen in a long time. The Manager and staff will always go the extra mile to help. The manager has helped me with my phone and laptop on numerous occasions. The Fone Box deserves more than 5 Stars

My Iphone XR screen was broken front and back, got a replacement fitted for the bargain price of £110 and it was done in 3 hours. My experience was a very pleasant one and I was more than happy with the service. It's been a week now and my phone is still working perfectly. I would recommend to anyone :-)

!! Absolutely 5 STAR SERVICE!!phoned late Thursday to have the full screen on my S20 replaced.Half an hour later it was done!This was by far the cheapest place around.Hopefully I don't need to use again, but if I do I definitely wouldn't go by this shop, top class service and cery reasuring.
