We instructed Alt to re-design and refurbish our home. It was a really efficient service and our needs were met with precision and in good time too. We thought they were definitely worth the money we paid because of the quality and effort they put in. We had an awkwardly shaped space for our bathroom and we were concerned we wouldn’t be able to have what we wanted, but the Team were approachable and great listeners, they took our concerns on board and kept us updated regularly. We highly recommend Alt if you want a project completed in good time, with no stress as you are in safe hands.

I had a really good hassle free experience with the ALT Construction team when they renovated my old Victorian house. There were unexpected issues and the great thing was, the team flagged up problems first and recommended good solutions that put my mind at rest. They knew how to deal with any snagging occurrences swiftly and methodically. I have beautiful finishes in my home thanks to them and so I’d highly recommend Marcello and the team to manage and deliver above expectations.

ALT Construction handled my newly purchased flat renovation exceptionally well. They helped to bring my plans for reshaping my space to a reality. I needed an extra space for home working and they made some good suggestions on how to design it in a way that made it really functional without my flat feeling pokey and small. They offered trade discounts so I relied on them for the purchase of all finishes. I also didn't have to worry about the communications with building controls, the council and structural engineer. All in all I'm really happy with all of the Team's work, plus they were friendly which also helped me because I felt they had everything under control. Shout out to Marcello ! We are very pleased with Alt Construction professionalism & bespoke delivery.Tommas, Karol, Marcelo & the team have worked on our rear dormer loft conversion. They were very supportive in finding solutions to get the most of our project for us, working closely with our architect, and always in good spirits.Really like the key in hand approach, from structural design meetings to finished decoration touches, all dealt with one team.

We used the team for a full flat renovation (including kitchen and bathroom replacement, and structural wall removal) - we couldn't recommend the team more. They made sure everything was done to the highest standard, always making sure that we were happy with everything before calling it finished. Flat full renovationWe needed a reliable company for the renovation of our flat in North London, we wanted top quality and a friend who works in the building trade recommended Alt Construction. The team did brilliant work within our required time frame. High end finishes and great communication as Marcello always kept us in the loop with updates throughout the entire project. Slightly more expensive than other companies used in the past but we definitely got the best results. Highly recommended!

Very pleased. Came across them online when looking for renovation of two bathrooms. Impressed with professionalism and speed of quote. Once work started, a number of issues arose with the original building which the team were always willing to fix pragmatically and cost effectively.Marcello was always contactable which is hugely reassuring and Tommas and his team were brilliant in their work ethic and attention to detail, as well as good fun, honest people to work with. I used Alt Constructions for the full refurbishment of my flat in central London. Right from the very beginning Marcello, Lukasz, Tommas and the team were helpful, responsive and thorough, taking time to understand all my requirements and help with any issues.The standard of work is extremely high and everyone is friendly and approachable. Although we had inevitable noise disturbance during the work, our neighbours found everyone to be friendly and considerate, showing flexibility when required.The quote was not the lowest of all the contractors I approached, but neither was it the priciest. The quality and attention to detail is superb so I was very happy with my decision to go with them.Finally after the work is complete they are very helpful with fixing any issues, however minor.Highly recommended.

Simply fantastic!!! Very professional and reliable, absolutely on time and great finishing on the details. I particularly appreciate the tiling finishing in the bathroom in which the 45-angle edges have been made for free, something very uncommon. I strongly recommend this construction company. I already did through my professional and personal network
