I visited the showroom, at Doxford Park, after doing a bit of research and looking to buy a used car, 3 to 4 years old. I'd looked 'on line' and knew what was there. After arriving i was surprised that not a single sales person approached me, despite seeing me. What also surprised me was that potential customers who arrived after me were 'approached'. I do have to admit that i wasn't dressed particularly smart, not as smart as the customers who arrived after me anyway. But i did have money to spend!I love my 65 plate C Class Sport Estate that i bought from Mercedes Sunderland. Only 17000 miles on the clock!! Wake up Stratstone!!!!

Read other reviews and I am wondering if it’s the same place? I bought a car here and I can’t reccomend them enough. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful and Craig made buying a car a pleasure. Craig could not do enough to help and everything he said he would do he did. He went above and beyond and even collected me from the train station. I travelled from Cornwall to buy a car and I would again from Craig without hesitation. The whole experience was easy and pain free and Craig was exceptional.

I give up! Having agreed a price to purchase a car over three days ago I am still waiting for contact from the sales team. Despite arranging the money for the purchase I have heard nothing to confirm the purchase despite unreturned phone calls. Woeful service from what purports to be a prestigious dealer. Disappointingly, after having found a car I like and hoped to buy, I have no option but to go elsewhere.

The Jaguar service team delivers poor service. They are not bothered to speak to the warranty team to approve any work, simply charges the customer. I had left 7 messages to Brian to get back to me with the door handle cover that needed painted. It has been more than 2 months and Brian did not bother returning any of my calls, the reception confirmed each and every time it was emailed across to him. Last week I requested a call back from his manager Graham to raise a complaint and today is wenesday and they did not bother at all. Finally managed to speak to Brian after I made the call again for the 8th time. His excuse was that it was sent and lost in the post. I asked for tracking details and he was surprised and said they don't use tracking for any post. Full of garbage, such a poor service that I never experienced in any service centres.

Went with my Dad and son to test drive a Jag and was told I couldn't as I had test drove another model a few months before and nothing came of it (it did, I decided that model was not for me). I asked a couple of times and I was simply told I could only test drive it if I were to buy it which defeats the object. For whatever reason, they decided I wasn't worthy.Anyway, I went just down the road to A690 motors and bought an Audi S5 on my way home from this failed attempt. That money could have gone to these guys,but I don't buy cars I haven't driven and won't agree to buy a car just so I can test it.Simple lesson, if you don't let potential customers test drive your cars, they go and spend their hard earned cash elsewhere.

Very poor.Have driven over twice to showroom and both times have been told salesman 's day off. Asked to see someone else and told there is no one. Details taken and over week still no call from Stephen.Have bought 3 cars but with my cousin who is male!!!Tried to email on website but nothing goes through. Why???

Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere - I'll explain why. This is a dealership that warned me and my partner away from dealing with independent retailers. Gave me absolute confidence that the car was prepared to the highest standard possible. Overlooking the 4 hour wait in the dealership the car is really poorly prepared. The paintwork clear coat is in terrible condition and no attempt has been made to prepare to an acceptable standard. Not only that, there is 3 Pirelli's and 1 Cheap budget tyre on the rear axle. A ditch finder special. I've since complained to the dealer and Jaguar. Generally a dismissive attitude to the complain with little resolution offered. Lots of suggestions relating to the age of the car? Apparently when a high powered RWD car reaches a certain age it suddenly becomes appropriate to fit 2 different tyres across the same drive axle. Dealership keeps refusing to respray" the car which highlights the total lack of understanding of the damage. It needs a proper detail preparation

Booked my jag in to have some work done.My car is still under warranty from the dealer I'd bought it from. Waited all weekend to get it in to be told when I got there we only do work on cars with a jag warranty. Wish they had told me that when I'd booked it in as I could of got it in elsewhere as I need the car for work. Felt like a second class citizen.

Very helpful staff could not do enough for me would definitely use them again
