Canine Complete Christchurch

We recently took our labrador in for a groom at this salon and I just wanted to extend my thanks to the great job that was done. He left smelling lovely and his coat was so soft! The staff were really friendly and I was really pleased with the overall experience. Will definitely return!

Now I rate this grooming salon and chain normally, however recently have been very disappointed in two main aspects. The grooming quality at Christchurch has gone down, in fact I could not tell the difference between the before and after of a few of the dogs. This has a knock on as I cannot understand the pricing when it is not a premium groom.Secondly, when voicing it to bring this lack of quality to their attention, maybe it was an innocent bad day for the groomer who knows, I voiced it by commenting on a post showing one such dog. Instead of acknowledging it as the constructive feedback it was, from a customer's perspective who may have useful their services, they simply ignored it and deleted the comment showing a complete disregard for drive, ambition and willingness to acknowledge customer or potential customer feedback (without doing this how can you hope to grow in the premium brand that you advertise). I was searching for a groomers to use was recommended to look at these guys, and I was negatively surprised. But then the person recommending them used a different groomer who also works here and she is brilliant! Particularly as I have seen her work and it seems exquisite and exactky what you'd expect from this brand, unlike the other groomer, who does not look like she finishes the dogs off! The one my friend recommended is saving this business a 1 star review.For both these reasons, I felt the need to review this groomers as i think the attitude shown from my experience is disgraceful, particularly from a brand that aspires to be premium. Very disappointed.

My dog LOVES the food we get from Canine Complete! We switched him from kibble about 6 months ago and the improvement we’ve seen in all aspects of his general health is amazing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Have been using canine complete for a while now! The deliveries are always quick and always make contact before with what time they will be, our dogs love the food from them, always recommend them!

I have been getting my dog’s food from Canine Complete for a while now and it’s brilliant! After switching from another raw brand that gave him an upset tummy, he is absolutely thriving on Bulmers. He also recently got groomed here too and it was just perfect, he looked so handsome and seemed really happy when I picked him up which is the most important thing! Everyone in the shop is super friendly and helpful and also goes above and beyond with deliveries for me. 1000% recommend!

They took the time to explain the different ingredients in the dog food and helped me choose the right one for my pup.Overall, I highly recommend Canine Complete for anyone looking for high-quality dog food. The price is extremely reasonable and is well worth it for the health benefits it provides for my furry friend.
