Great fitness not a gym but will find all you need for a good work outAlso can join the local barbell club for weightlifting with a pro trainer Glenn BranchCan do other sessions as well and get the best natural mineral water ARTESI only one alkaline water in UK

Good gym. But dont phone to ask anything important as they never pick up!Edit::: wow 4 years ago... time flies. Yeah this gym is gone now. It got replaced by a weird alien spaceship door gym.You have to put in an 8 digit number to get or out and it operstes via airlock... really weird

Spacious gym. Quality equipment. Good atmosphere.Needs a sauna / steam room but otherwise this is a gym for people who want to get fit.
