Had my van in for a dpf fault. They had the fault diagnosed and fixed in the morning and great communication throughout! Will use again!

AMAZING!! Could not recommend these guys enough, they went above and beyond to help me. I took my BMW 5 series in with an EGR fault on the Monday and it was diagnosed and repaired by the Tuesday PM. Sarah and Cheryl on reception were fantastic, they were very helpful and friendly. Andrew called me and thoroughly explained the issues with my car and what was required. I have always had very bad experiences with garages locally until I went to Cypress. They are clearly very experienced in what they do. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Cypress. Thank you all so much for all of your help and fixing my car :)

Professional German cars garage, very good and timely service. Not expensive.

I have used their services since October,2021, since which time they have looked after my 2010 BMW 530D SE saloon, involving a major service, diagnostic testing and maintenance needs withcare and expertise. This week its annual MOT resulted in the need for protracted diagnostic work over a number of days which was undertaken with patience and understanding at a time when they were under considerable pressure from existing demands. I was kept updated with progress and options throughout. I cannot speak too highly of the team operating at these premises - from the technicians to counter staff their knowledge, attention to detail and overall customer service delivery is second to none. I count myself fortunate to have access to them, and would recommend Cypress without reservation for all that they offer and for the value for money they are able to deliver.

Had a timing (cam) belt, drive belt and water pump changed on an old 2007 Audi A4. Booked it in and the work was carried out to the price agreed beforehand. I felt the service provided was professional yet friendly and I'm pleased to report all is well with my car 2 weeks on.

Cannot fault these guys, after my BMW started showing signs of chassis control restricted. Cypress auto's managed to diagnose and repair my pride and joy. They kept me fully informed and explained the issues in a term that I could understand. Even with having independent warranty on the car, they made it easy for me to claim the expenses back. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, knowing my car is in good hands! Thank you!

Great service! Hired a large van from here to move some furniture. Van was clean and easy to drive. I was shown around the bodywork before taking and shown where and how to fill will diesel. Very straight forward and staff very helpful and friendly. I would be very happy to hire from here again. Thank you!

I have used Cypress Autoservices twice, first time for a full Service and then to replace rear drive shafts and sensors on an aging Series 1 BMW. Cannot fault their workmanship and customer service. I will be using them again. Highly recommended. Thank you to the Cypress Autoservice team.
