Overall experience is good, I don't have anything negative to say about the store. Its perfect for students since it's very close to a road with lots of them living on. Obviously since it's a metro it doesn't have everything but has the basics which again is perfect for students like myself. The customer service is good aswell, especially the staff working on tills, very polite and helpful. All I'd warn about is the discount area, they seem to leave items on there way past their best till date, however it should be common sense to check this anyway.

Definitely not a Superstore, it has the same feel as all supermarkets had about thirty years ago. It's conveniently located, and has a decent enough selection for a quick twenty pound shop. Basically, it does the job.

Sadly this Tesco is ruined by the car-park outside that is the worst sign-posted pay & display car-park that I've ever seen. If you're driving, then choose another store, where Tesco own the car-park! This store is convenient for students, and those on foot, but I'll never drive there again! Tesco would not help me to fight the parking fine that I received while shopping there.

Just came to buy a glue. The staff was very fast response. She told me where to go. And the one in the counter also very helpful. He showed me what to do when I pay using the machine. Good service.

Apart from a few items that I could see being available in the app for this store, which weren't really available, this store has quite a variety of all kinds of things you would want for a quick grocery run. The staff is nice and helpful esp. the gentleman, who if I'm not mistaken works as security there, he was really kind.

BadI applied for job in this Tesco after assessment I passed and I got call from manager name Sam. Question was : are you study ? NoCan I work till midnight? YesAre you working right now ? NoAfter this questions I think is basic and I get shocked receive email unsuccessfulI think this manager discriminated in this way.And really I looking for to make a complaint regarding this situation.

Only one cash self serve open!! No aisle open or kiosk open! Might be an idea to get some staff from outside that are smoking and serve customers?!

I had an upset in this store today. Friday 14th April.The woman on the till was busy chatting and showing photos on her phone to a customer .He was extremely rude to me and told me to F off and go to waitrose.The women didn't say a word.I'm pretty upset ,I managed a busy bakery for 13 years and never spoke or ignored a customer like I was treated today.I know it wasnt entirely her fault but do you really allow mobile phones to be used whilst serving on a till?

Almost has everything you need in groceries. Parking is free under 20 minutes, else you need to pay 1£ for the same.
