Products were framed neatly but on the whole the service was most disappointing. A set of four similar embroidered pictures were taken in and all were returned in different sized frames. The amount paid for this was not insignificant but when queried, the response was unsatisfactory. A great deal of work went into the embroidery and now they cannot be displayed as I wanted. Disappointing !
