Top notch work! These fellas couldn't have been more helpful fitting new locks to my Transit Custom. Sound advice was given by Sean and Mark and they fit me in around my work schedule. The work was carefully undertaken, even covering the van (see pics) around the working area to stop scratches, and their templating was spot on. Lovely workshop and warm waiting room. Excellent service from Sean and his team at Titan Locks. Two months ago we travelled over from Ireland to have hook locks installed on our campervan and they've been brilliant. Sean and the guys are such professionals and did a beautiful job. The locks are very discreet on the van and work so smoothly. They save so much worry every time we park up and walk away. We highly recommend Sean and his team and we'll be back with any new vehicle in the future.

Came all the way down from Scotland to do Sean’s van lock installation course, after doin lots of research online and finding other courses were only for one or half day I decided to go with Sean’s week course and it’s been the best decision I have ever made! Sean and Owen have made me feel very welcome and their knowledge is amazing!!Not only have they taught me how to install hook locks , slam locks , etc etc Sean has talked me through the business side of things and explained everything.I can’t recommend these guys enough highly professional, highly skilled and just all round really nice guys.Genuine lads and a genuine company I would recommend them to any one , the care they take on customers vans is amazing to see they certainly go above and beyond10/10

Absolutely amazing service. Came down straight away on a Saturday. Extremely reasonable (much cheaper than the company who had given me a key that didn’t even work). 100% recommend Dan.

Fantastic service from Titan Locks. Dan, was excellent, turned up at the house bang on time, despite the atrocious weather on the day. Spare was programmed with no problems and he also cut the emergency key blade and added the required chip to it. Everything was explained and demonstrated before he left. Really pleased with the service and would have no hesitations in recommending this company. Thank you Dan!

Absolutely fantastic service! Came the next day, knew what the problem was with in minutes and went out of his way to get the old key working to its full capability and supplied new key. Had a issue a couple of days later and he came again next day and sorted it with no hassle would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a lock smith customer service 10/10 and work was 10/10. very reliable no messing around and good prices compared to some !

Brilliant workmanship , Owen fitted two dead locks on my van . Top quality locks and Sean explained everything in detail, even made me a cup of tea and put the heater on in the waiting room so I was nice and toasty. These guys are so professional they really know their stuff . Won’t go anywhere else in future.
