Great customer service & very efficient turned up here a few times for a tyre change. Never waiting around staring at a receptionist wondering how long it’s going to take. Highly recommend for any Tyre issues from large 4x4 to compact car.

got my tracking done twice and both times i've needed to get it redone,, first time he positive cambered my back wheels which made them rub the arches, i didn't know they did this i thought it was the suspension wearing in" so ended up selling my 2 grand wheels cheap

Use them before for commercial and personal vehicles, was always something. On one location worker forgot to put screws on the wheels, very lucky spotted missing screws before driving the vehicle. Very rude owner, not polite and very cheeky, not building relationships with long term customers, will never use them again.You need to learn how to speak to customers, will make your business grow.

Worst ever rip off place.. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!Got the tracking done by them on my car, next day I've taken it for an independent FREE check to Protyre, the rear was off. When I've got back to them, they wanted to charge me again for the work they haven't done right at the 1st place, also they said the Hunter equipment what PROTYRE (UK wide has garages, a multi-million company) is using was a Chinese Hunter knock-off.. I mean... Really unprofessional behaviour, and worst customer service ever!Avoid at all costs!

AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!! CON ARTISTS!! I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE 0 STARS!! They don't make you aware of any charges until after they have seen your car and then refuse to give your car back until you have paid. Spoke to the apparent owner Albert" who was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. I am happy to pay for any service if I am made aware of the costs before they take the car. This is a basic principle of business which they lack. Warning they charge £35 just to check your car and do not make you aware of this until after they have seen your car. Worst customer service and experience ever. Stick to Uncle Toms in Harlow!!"
