Have been waiting for a call back from Zurich for 7 weeks now since I logged a temporary claim. Try calling at least twice a week and am on hold for 30-60 mins before I give up.

I put a claim in on the 22september 2022 we are now on 10 November and still nothing I was told 4 times my cash would be in my bank on certain days those days came and went so they are making interest on my money when I should be. discusted with this company never again people stay clear of Zurich.

Zurich are very helpful in the purchase of insurance but in my experience useless in assisting with a claim. Although we had cancellation cover our Coronavirus cancellation claim was rejected due to small print exclusion terms at exactly the same time as their renewal offer was sent boasting of the high quality of their product. A total waste of the money spent last year...

I am unsure that anyone works at this company trying to get a hold of them seems impossible, 24 days just for a call back that must be a record by looking at the reviews it’s the norm for them!

For a supposed “International” organisation, they are the most unorganised unprofessional organisation I have ever dealt with.I had a claim on going from 2nd February, they basically messed me about for 6 months, offered me a lesser amount, which I greed to so I could move on, was told 3-5 working days and 2 weeks later still waiting on a payment.AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Seriously pay an extra £5 and go with someone else.
