We went to buy a replacement mattress .The service was superb.We were asked what our preferred type of mattress was and left to try them out at our leisure.The order was placed and delivered in less than a week.I would highly recommend them.

Used them to build a custom sized bed and mattress for my Son’s tiny bedroom. Was extremely impressed with their service from start to finish. The end result was a fantastic bed at a very good price. Would thoroughly recommend Highland Blindcraft.

The customer service from the team made the whole experience -from information and consideration of product range to purchase and delivery , we received clear communication , professional advice and efficient processing/ delivery. I’ve had my bed for several years now, it’s been great the whole time, I’ve had no issues, mattress feels just like the day I got it. The girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful in picking the right bed and mattress.My mum has bought from them several times, some well over 20 years ago and she says “it’s one of the best mattress I’ve ever had”. She has been very happy with everything bought from blindcraft. We recently got a bed for my granny, again it’s been great quality.Would recommend them any day.

Amazing beds and service! I bought a cheapish mattress from Blindcraft back in 2000, one of the Backcare range. It's still holding together, and guests always compliment me on it. When I bought a king size bed recently and couldn't get on with the odd hybrid mattress I'd bought locally, I trusted in that experience and their reputation, and bought a Kensington mattress sight unseen.Rachel was incredible, especially as I had extra difficulties due to being disabled. She helped me pick the mattress that'd suit us, and since I'd had trouble with insufficient edge support with the mattress we returned, arranged to have extra butterflies put into this mattess for really good edge support. It uses recycled materials for part of the insides, which I really appreciate, and I managed to get a good quality mattress without animal fibres.She then arranged that it would be delivered and left with us (still in its packaging) for us to try out while the delivery men went off to their other delivery in Edinburgh. So we had a chance to try it out in our own home for the best part of an hour, in the bed frame it'd go into, with our bedding, and in peace and quiet. If it hadn't suited us, we'd have lost the delivery charge, but as my partner said, we'd both have happily paid that to avoid another exhausting trip to a bed shop. By the time they rang to ask if we wanted to keep it, I'd nearly dozed off, it was so comfortable. It's a proper pocket sprung bed, not too thick, much better for a couple than an open coil mattress, but still with good support. I did end up adding a fibrefill mattress topper, but I have chronic pain and am mostly bedbound, beds are always going to be tricky for me.We're both delighted with our new bed, it's so big, comfortable and supportive. Even the cat loves it! And as someone disabled and neurodivergent, I really appreciated that it's a business where most folk there are disabled. It meant they understood our needs and talked to us with respect and understanding. Plus most companies discriminate against disabled people, so actively employing us is a great thing to do.

Had fantastic service from start to finish at Highland Blindcraft from trying out the mattress to ordering and fast delivery and the mattress i bought is exactly what i wanted in firmness .

Excellent service, huge range of beds. Bought 2 rise beds one for me and one for my dad.Delivery was quick and they assembled the beds for us both. My dad got his first then they came out to mine.Many thanks guys

I had won a voucher at the archie foundation charity event .i had called up to find out that I have won,I won a hand made foot stool.Rachel the lady that I had spoken to was fantastic customer service, excellent choice,in fabric, this was excellent for me to pick my own bespoke foot stool in size that was suitable and fabric choice nothing was any problems, Rachel was fantastic and had a choice to have it delivered or pick up from there amazing

Two years ago we bought a Highland BlindCraft Tranquillity mattress, with inbuilt topper. We love it – it gives marvellous comfort and support, and is the best mattress we have ever owned. We also own a caravan, whose mattress (not a Blindcraft item) was lacking in support and which prevented us (me in particular) from having a decent night’s sleep. So replacing it with another Highland BlindCraft Tranquillity mattress was the natural choice. But space in the caravan is limited, so the new mattress had to be custom-made to a specific, asymmetric shape. Highland BlindCraft rose to the challenge: the new mattress is a perfect fit, and just as comfortable as our Tranquillity mattress at home. Thank you for your care and skill in making us a brilliant product.
