Arranged the call with the owner who spoke with me promptly and given us a date for the local cleaner to come to the property, I confirmed out availablity and never heard anything back. On the day, waited for the cleaner to turn up, nothing. Email the owner who has not responded.Would not use again. Not reliable and waste of time.

I hate to leave negative reviews for local businesses, particularly since I help businesses on a daily basis, but I feel that people should be made aware of our experience.Sue performed an end of tenancy" clean for us.Did such a terrible job that the tenancy deposit wasn't refunded
