Puppy Yoga London

I got hear about this on IG and since my wife had long been dreaming of sharing an activity with puppies, I booked two places as a surprise for her. We attended the branch in North Sheen.I quote her, dixit:A lovely surprise

That was utterly magical! Thank you. We are all super charged with happy puppy energy. It was a perfect balance of movement and puppy snuggles. We are utterly smitten with the pups; I can’t think of a more joyful way to share a family Sunday treat.The instructor was amazing. He was really cool, enough to get us moving but not shouty or didactic. He made us feel very, very welcome.It’s been ages since I have done yoga in a studio, I have just realised how much I have missed it. You will see me (us) again for sure!Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The perfect balance of puppies and yoga. The puppies were adorable and I loved that we had the opportunity for cuddles and pictures. The yoga was really enjoyable and it was a welcoming environment.

I attended the class in Sheen and it was so wonderful! The instructor was brilliant, the studio was gorgeous and all so well organised! The staff were so friendly and attentive too! The class struck the balance perfectly between yoga and puppy play, there was one puppy between two and the staff made sure to distribute evenly! I’ll be back again for sure - couldn’t recommend highly enough!
