Had good experiences a few years ago, but Sunday obviously isn't the day to go. Only saw two staff and despite standing around waiting for 25 mins had no luck getting any service. Shame, was there to buy.

Lots of guitars! What's not to like!They also had other instruments! Keyboards etc. And accessories!They also had a few trade ins for sale where I picked up a lovely Burns to add to my growing collection! Staff were great too.

Such a wide selection of everything musical in here. Went in and got my daughter an electric drum kit. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Acknowledging us as we walk through the door by saying hello. They kept their distance so we could browse first then when they could see we needed some help they were there straight away and served with perfect service.

Lots of gear at great prices but the staff are just not bothered to help you. Unacceptable. Left and bought elsewhere online. Also never had the item in-store when it clearly stated online that it did and says online that delivery is free but it isn't.

The person who served me made me feel valued and nothing was too much trouble. This is a veritable Alladin's cave so be careful. You'll walk in for a guitar lead and walk out with that Telecaster you've always wanted....

I cannot give the staff here a great enough review.... You can be a complete beginner, know a bit of stuff, or he a professional and they do not pass any judgement at all!!! They have always been the most helpful and acceptful people. I needed my guitar to have a spruce up last year a fix and few bits on it. The guy I saw spent a good while looking through Thier spare bits of tuning pegs trying to find the right bits for the one of mine that had broke, amazing service! As well as the new strap, strings and a few other bits I was after. They have such a good stock of all stuff that suits every budget. And now last week I came in with my niece who was looking for an electro acoustic guitar for her other half, along with a bunch of accessories. I could help her with a lot, but what we couldn't find, the guys here were amazing, and we ended up coming out with all the stuff we needed. Literally can't fault the staff, they are AMAZING! They are helpful, funny and will tailor themselves to help everyone without judgement, as I said. They just want you to leave happy and with whatever suits you and your style. Keep up the great work. Everytime I visit, it's a 10/10 visit and I'm always so happy and grateful when I leave xx

Musicians dream with all the different instruments available but the customer service is abysmal.We went in looking to buy a complete electric guitar set up for my son, we wandered around for a bit in the hope the three staff members behind the till might see us and offer some help but we had to eventually go to the till and ask for it.After being shown a small selection of guitars and amps we selected one to sample and was set up in a room so my son could try it out.We were in there for about 15 minutes hoping he would return to see how we were getting on but he didn’t come back, we eventually made our way out of the room and towards the till where the staff member who was dealing with us was not to be seen.We stood right next to the till making noises about what else my son would need to get him going in the hope they would offer some more help but the two other staff members didn’t pay any attention to us at all.We put everything back and left, without being acknowledged at all.Will be making our guitar purchase elsewhere I’m afraid!

Awesome place. My 11 year old son and I go there as he is taking so much time and interest in the guitar. The staff are incredible with him; patient, courteous and kind. Prices are okay too, you won’t get ripped-off there. Highly recommended.
