I have slightly problematic feet and issues with an existing pair of boots. Having spent an hour with Karla this morning I have a solution for my old boots and a perfectly fitting new pair of lighter weight ones. The knowledge and patience was outstanding. At no time did I feel pressured to buy or hurry up. I hate buying boots but this was a genuinely pleasant experience. Thank you!

Great shop located in the centre of Perth. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Good range of gear and reasonably priced - well worth checking out their ski department. Unfortunately their (Perth branch) online site needs working on. Best to pop in or ring up.

Just had ski boots fitted here, amazing service. Completely worth booking an appointment for expert advice! Really pleased with the level of attention to detail and the thoroughness of the fitting. Custom insoles are also available here which makes it the absolute perfect fit.

Fantastic service and advice from Joey today who went over and above to ensure that I got the best pair of walking boots for my feet. As a seasoned walker I'm fairly experienced when it comes to footwear, but Joey's advice and input was neverthless invaluable. He had great technical knowledge and a lovely manner, plus lots of patience as I spent a good while making my final decision after being torn between two excellent pairs of boots. Delighted with my final purchase. I wish every store took as much time and care with their customers and products - Joey is a real asset!

I bought a pair of Meindl Kapstadt GTX walking boots here 7 years ago. I always have problems getting boots that fit properly as I have quite wide feet with a high arch. The attendant took her time to measure me up properly and try several different models and different insoles. She also recommended varying the lacing system to exert pressure in the right places, and she got me to try the boots on an inclined support they have in order to simulate walking up or down hill. End result, seven years battering trails and mountains all over Europe in complete comfort. The original soles are just starting to wear out now, but rather than buy a new pair I'll get these re-soled. They weren't the cheapest option but they have lasted me seven seasons and many hundreds of miles battering trails and mountains all over Europe in comfort, so they were a very sensible investment, and the right choice thanks to the attendant's attention and experience. My only criticism is that Craigdon don't have a branch in Madrid!

Had a great shopping experience with two lovely and very experienced ladies. Being a complete beginner one off the ladies took the time, gave me a tour off the shop and showed me what I needed to get started on a board! 10/10!

This shop is fantastic! Great selection of goods for all your summer needs as well as an amazing selection of skis, boots and winter equipment. The thing that sets this shop apart from others is the 5 star service. The enthusiastic and accommodating staff go out of their way to offer a personalised shopping experience and have a vast amount of knowledge between them relating to their products. It's also worth knowing that this shop is independently owned and run by a local girl working hard to compete with the big names!

Had some ski boots fitted recently. Good overall fitting experience with a very knowledgeable fitter. However the prices displayed on the ski boots / skis were last seasons prices as I was charged more than was displayed and when I queried I was told they hadn't updated the price on the wall. I also felt upsold on insoles, had I known they were £50 insoles I would used the originals.

I recently bought a pair of Atomic skis and an Icebreaker tee shirt from Craigdon Mountain Sports Perth. The experience was the most pleasant I have experienced in thirty five years of buying ski gear. Karla's knowledge gave me the confidence to buy exactly what suited my ability. With no hard sell tactics and an amazing deal on both items I find it very easy to highly recommend this shop.
