We were greeted warmly by the waitress despite the restaurant being crowded. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere was great. However, we found the soup broth, both beef and chicken, to be excessively salty and lack in flavour. The texture of the beef brisket was below expectation as it was shredded instead of sliced. I would not recommend the pho noodle, but other food such as prawn crackers and curry looked appealing!

Pho are incredible. The best Vietnamese restaurant in general. I ordered the hot & Spicy Tofu Soup with veggie spring rolls, and when I tell you - the flavours are banging!!! I love the fact that they provide you with a plate of condiments to help you DIY your dish. This is innovative and makes the experience more enjoyable. The veggie spring rolls are moreish and very delicious. I love it. You get a feel sense of authenticity from the dishes cooked here. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

Pho is my favourite restaurant in Bristol!! I was craving Pho after visiting Vietnam and this restaurant did not miss. I had the super green chilli pho with tofu and it was so fresh and tasty. Couldn’t recommend more! Also the spicy lychee margarita is my favourite cocktail on this planet, whoever created it deserves a pay rise

A very tasty meal that I thoroughly enjoyed. I had the spicy greens soup with tofu. It came with extra veg and some fresh herbs. Not sure why you would put a great big sprig of mint in but I suppose it's always better to have the choice just in case. The worst critism of the food I'd say is that the noodles were slightly too soft and they tended to break apart as I tried to lift them up with chopsticks.I had the waffle and ice cream for desert with honey and ginger ice cream. The desert was absolutely divine and I have been telling everyone about it. I loved it.The service was good, lots of wait staff, always friendly. I never had to wait long to be served even though the restaurant was busy. The only thing I did not like was how loud the restaurant was. Added to the mix was music on top and I really struggled to hear anything the wait staff were saying to me. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. So if you have tinnitus or have any hearing impairment I would not recommend.

Great place.Coming from a small town but having lived in other big cities expected the food to be quite pricey as it’s a city. However, was pleasantly surprised that the food is excellent and even better well priced.1 starter, 2 adult meals, 2 kids meals and non alcoholic drinks each £65 or aboutsThe only complaint being the tables are a little close together for comfort.Other than this, we would highly recommend this eatery. The staff were very attentive and well mannered.

Actually great food. Mains are quite good and great rice and rice bowl. Super tasty and a server recommended a fried egg on top and it was an awesome mains. Starters were good but a little expensive...

The Pho restaurant consistently maintains high standards across all its branches. Their Pho is reliably good as always, but the real surprise was their delicious fried rice. The staff was exceptionally friendly. It‘s always my go to restaurant!

My first sample of this restaurant was on a Friday night and the food was amazing. It was colourful, hot and very tasty. However, I thought I'd go again on Sunday evening but was soooo disappointed, there simply was no comparison, the food was warm and lifeless. The soup bowl (see pic) is a house special but there was very little in it apart from the soup water. The colourful dish (see pic) was served on the Friday but not on the Sunday. Big compliments to the kitchen staff on the Friday. . . .The waitress was amazing as she'd served us on the Friday and understood our concerns and this was voiced to the manager who dealt with the situation satisfactorily.
