Booked appointment for today in the salon yesterday. Went in 10 mins early checked in was told to sit down in waiting area sat there for 40 mins. Nobody acknowledged me in that time went back to reception no apology. Walked out in disgust . This was my first visit which will be my last. Shocking customer service.
